I need to understand

After I completed my graduation, I wanted to setup my own business. I always wanted to live on my own and be what I am. So I thought it would be better to setup my own business instead of working under somebody. Initially I planned to start up with an Internet Cafe.

I took a shop on rent and bought all the furniture and computers. I wanted to take a Broadband Internet connection. So I enquired about the broadband provider in my area. I found that there are three broadband service providers in my area. I contacted one broadband provider and asked for an Internet connection. No body turned up the whole day and I was getting frustrated. The next day the broadband provider sent a guy and he installed the router and gave internet connection.

It was fun running an Internet cafe as people from different fields come to my cafeto browse the Internet. web designers were also among the net users. One day a guy called peter came to my cafe and told me that he has a website and want to advertise it in my cafe. He said he will put his website as the home page in the browser. He promised to pay me some money for that. So I thought it was an extra income and placed his website link in the home page of the browser. The net users who come to browse the net in my cafe were mostly female users. The site, which I placed in the home page, was about beauty tips for women. So the site got lot of hits and sales pitched up. Peter was very happy and said he will give me some part of the income which he gained from my advertising. I started advertising the site more on other sites and search engines. Later Peter gave me a partnership in his firm and we both started developing websites and promoting them. Eventually it became a very good income for me and I started concentrating more on online advertising.

After 6 months I started an advertising agency. Now I am very happy that I am able to be independent and earn on my own.
