Me and my friends sat gathered around the computer in an effort to beg

Me and my friends sat gathered around the computer in an effort to begin our web design company. I'd told my friends how easy using the Internet was. Well it was for me. Some of them wanted us to create a dating on-line site, but I pointed out to them that dating on-line is for people wanting to sell affiliate productI clicked on Firefox and my desktop was no more.
My friends still wanted to create a dating on-line Website because they said, 'it'd be funny!'. However I took the information highway seriously. This was my computer, my desktop and MY information highway. I wanted a site that showed how mature and fantastic I really amFirefox crashed and so we found ourselves back on the desktop.
I couldn't believe it. I decided that I probably should update it so I did and now we were back up and running. It felt good being the only one in the room, that was determined to get this up and runningIts true my web design skills are lacking at the minute but the desire was most certainly there.
it looked like a lot of fun to me. My own web design company! Wow, I just kept thinking of all the things I could do with it.My friends were losing interest, I guess the fun had gone. I admit I was quite serious but there is no point sulking about it. A dating on-line site would be a disaster anyway. Everyone's doing it and advertising on gumtree - which incidentally isn't a tree an doesn't have gums.
I signed up for a domain using my mothers credit card. The name was difficult to find and we took a long time over it. It seemed every name we thought of, had been already bought. Who'd have thought it'd be so hard to get started? However I was determined and while some of my friends headed off to play football, a few remained with me.
This was our adventure, our game and the information highway was our playing field. I remember the joy I felt when finally we had our domain name accepted.
