I need to understand

My day at the office started out as a horrible day. I was at work in an office where I am allowed to surf the web on my lunch break, and this one day was not good at all. For some reason the internet was not working and I was not a happy camper. Well to tell you about my day, I had to work most of the day off-line, which means a lot of paper work, and when the internet did come up, I had to enter it again.

On my lunch break, I love to surf the web and look at all the on line auctions. I love to make believe I am bidding on some items. I also like to look at a certain website design, and the reason I say certain is because it is one I am designing. I try to do most of it off-line, like the clip art and the wording, but it does not always work that way.

People have been talking about this new internet connection that is coming out soon. They are calling it broadband, so am wondering if that is going to be fast than what we have right now. You hear some people talk and they say that broadband is another way of having cable, and if that is the case, that would be super. We have like a dish connection, and when it rains, or the wind is strong, we lose connection. Some people say you lose connection if it snows.

Well one good thing, if the company does decide to go with broadband, it might be better for the company. Maybe that way, we would not have to work off-line so much. It is really a pain to write things on down paper, and then transfer them to the computer, and then to the website design you are working on.

I think some games you can play off-line, but dealing with business off-line is just not good for a business. All I know is that I do like my job, and hope to keep it until I can retire. I do not have a computer of my own so I love to surf the web any chance I can get.
